The Monarch Suite, which caters for weddings ranging from 50 – 380 guests, has undergone a complete makeover, with the entire room fully refurbished with a very elegant scheme throughout the room. A major factor in the decision to upgrade The Monarch Suite was the massive wedding trade seen by the hotel in recent times, with all weekend dates for 2015 almost fully booked.

Behind this ambitious project was Ballygarry House Hotel & Spa owner Padraig McGillicuddy, who saidWe are very dedicated to ensuring the interiors at Ballygarry House are kept up to date with all modern conveniences. The refurbishment of The Monarch Suite matched the traditional hospitality values of our staff, whilst ensuring the needs and expectations of modern day brides and grooms are met and exceeded.”

The structure of the original banqueting suite remains, but all fabrics, curtains, carpets, seating, antiqued mirrors, wood work and light fittings have been changed to give it a refreshed classical chic look.
