Lunch Time Wedding Planning

Lunch Time Wedding Planning

Here’s how to plan your wedding without making it feel like a second job!

Catch up on Email

The best time to quickly catch up on any replies or emails is now. Consider creating an email account just for your wedding to keep it more organized. Or simply create a folder to keep it all in one place. Emails can also be handled on the way to work if you happen to travel by bus too.

Hire a Professional to do the leg work

Planning your wedding doesn’t just feel like a second job – it actually is someone’s job! Planners are amazing as they can do a lot of the research and follow ups for you. Instead of waiting to hear back from many suppliers, having one-point-of contact will make such a difference. Plus, a planner has done this a thousand times over and already knows who the best of the best are.

Make Calls at Lunch or in Transit

The best thing about over the phone catch-ups is that you can travel and do other things at the same time. Call for your enquiries with venues or updates from suppliers during lunch while making your tea or grabbing a bite to eat. Or, make calls over the phone in the car or bus (just remember your handsfree).

Wedding Planning Inspiration

Use lunchtime to gain inspiration on Pinterest for your wedding looks. The handy phone app is amazing for seemingly mindless scrolling and repining. Plus, you can still keep up with office chat while creating boards. If you’re tied to your desk at lunch, consider getting the plugin for your browser.
