How to Make Your Wedding Guests Feel Like Royalty

Your wedding guests are probably one of the most crucial elements to your wedding. Your closest friends and family all their to celebrate the union of someone they love (that’s you!). So, it’s important that your guests get the works on your day. Here are few tips to making your guests feel like royalty.

Send a map and Google coordinates with your invites to the wedding location. It may seem obvious but not everyone will know where they’re going.

Put yourself in the mind of your guests. Consider appropriate eating times for people. While 5PM may suit you to begin a meal, consider that your more senior guests will need to eat a lot earlier than that. Empty stomachs don’t make for a party atmosphere!

Consider setting up a booking service for your guests. Thus us an ideal job to give a family member who is itching to help out! Put a small card in with your invite saying ‘Please call Joan for hotel accommodation on…’

If a lot of family members are also staying in the wedding venue, why not have their wedding favour delivered to them? Ask staff members to leave the token on their bed. It could be some scented candles, chocolates, wine, bath products… whatever!

Ask your guests if they have any dietary requirements in your invitation. You may already know these but for those bringing a plus one, you might be caught off guard.

Do any of your guests have any accessibility needs? Check that your venue is up to speed on access and make sure that your guests will have a someone on hand to assist them if needed.
