The Today show on RTÉ One, recently launched a competition to win a wedding reception worth €20,000 at The Station House Hotel in Kilmessan, Co. Meath. The fantastic prize includes a five course meal and wine for 100 guests along with a champagne reception, flowers, wedding cars and much more. Presenters Dáithí Ó’Sé and Maura Derrane, announced details of how to enter the competition on today’s show.
“Maura and I are like a work Mr & Mrs! We end up spending almost as much time with each other as we do with our better halves” explains Dáithí. “Thankfully, we’re already spoken for, and to be honest, our significant others don’t take much notice any more.”

To be in with the chance to win this amazing prize couples should submit a one minute creative video to todaywedding@rte.ie explaining why they deserve to win. Along with the video couples are also asked to describe themselves in 500 words or less. Closing date for entries is Friday 27th February 2015.
“This will be the Today show wedding,” explains Maura Derrane. “You must to be available to get married at the end of April and of course, you’ll have to have a valid wedding licence. We’ll film the wedding for the Today show and you never know Daithi and I could turn up!”
