If you’re anything like us, you like your surroundings to have a little history to them. Every time we visit somewhere new, we can’t help but think, ‘what was it like here before?’ Or ‘what fond memories have others created here?’
Personally, I think there’s a sense of magic in a wedding venue that has a backstory. And in the fast paced world we live in, it can be comforting to think that we might leave behind some of ourselves in the memories and artifacts that once belonged to us…
That’s probably one of the reasons we’re enthralled with a place like this. The 18th Century manor house, tucked away on a spacious estate which dates back to Norman times in only 6km from Mallow, but entering it’s gates feels like stepping into another world entirely.
Springfort Hall, to us, is one of those rare spots, that when you’ve found it, you feel like you’ve discovered a secret treasure. Everything you could hope to find is in a country house like this – old world charm blended beautifully with superb modern convenience. Ahhh… Take us away now!
