TV Presenter and stylist Darren Kennedy to Showcase The Glenview Wedding Fair – Sunday 7th October
TV Presenter, one of Ireland’s best loved style gurus and owner of helpmystyle.ie, Darren Kennedy, will showcase the Ultimate Wedding Experience at the Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club in Co. Wicklow on Sunday 7th October.
From 1 to 5pm, brides and grooms-to-be are invited to the four star Glenview Hotel long established as one of Wicklow’s best loved wedding venues. Nestled in the stunning and breath-taking surroundings of The Glen of The Downs, the Glenview Hotel overlooks the rolling hills of the famous Wicklow Mountains. Set amongst 30 acres of woodland walks and beautiful gardens for photographs, the Glenview Hotel is the perfect location for a wedding to remember.
The day will be full of advice, tips and ideas with TV Presenter and Stylist Darren Kennedy there to outline the current trends in wedding fashion. Darren’s weekly column in the Irish Independent Weekend magazine has seen many wedding style queries, whether it’s for the bride, mother of the bride or the bridesmaids!
The elegant Glenview Suite with stunning views and filled with natural light from its wall to ceiling windows will be fully set up for a wedding to give the bride and groom an idea of how the venue might look on their special day. Catering for up to 175 guests the room will be set with crisp linen against a muted palette of natural colours creating a subtle backdrop for the couple’s chosen theme. Windows which line the length of the room lead directly onto a spacious terrace.
The hotel also has a range of rooms to host Civil Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships for up to 150 guests. With stunning gardens the Glenview Hotel is the perfect backdrop to capture the precious memories of your Wedding Day.
Our award-winning Head Chef, Sandeep Pandey, has received continuous praise for his delectable creations over the last 10 years at the Glenview Hotel. With his team, Sandeep will be on hand to discuss wedding menus with you. He has created a wide range of mouth-wateing courses to create an extraordinary banquet.
Bubbles and canapés will be served on arrival and guests can browse the select exhibitors invited to showcase their services for your big day.
