Boutique Weddings at Ballygarry House

Some celebrations are private and intimate and we understand the care and detail involved for each wedding. Our midweek intimate boutique weddings at Ballygarry House include private use of The Pavilion, where you and your guests will exclusively dine and celebrate your special day. With its private bar, sunset terrace expances of light and panoramic views of the Kerry Mountains, The Pavilion is the perfect setting for weddings of up to 50 guests. We are also an approved venue for civil ceremonies and partnerships.

The prices of each of our packages represent the full amount per person and also include all of the items on page 2 of our wedding proposals, room hire, service charge and vat. Please note that for Friday or Saturday wedding receptions a minimum number will apply.

Don't look anywhere else to get married!! The Ballygarry is quite simply the most exceptional hotel I've ever been to and we were so incredibly lucky that we chose it for our wedding reception.

On the day itself, he was always there to assist us, helping me in and out the wedding car, keeping our drinks topped up, making sure friends and family were happy, pulling out my chair at dinner and ensuring everything was running smoothly. No job was too big or small and it didn't go unnoticed by any of the wedding guests- he is an exceptional man with an exceptional team of staff. The service of food and drinks was excellent. The meal itself was unbelievable...people are still raving about how good the food was!!

Me and my husband are from London and chose the Ballygarry after we stayed there when attending a friends wedding at Ballyseede Castle. We fell in love with it and, after the engagement, it was top of our list. A date became available and we didn't look back. The Ballygarry has managed to get the perfect balance of running a military operation to make sure everything goes right on your wedding day, but still making you feel like it is the MOST important wedding they have ever had AND keeping a warm, cosy and friendly atmosphere.

They had suggestions for every element of the wedding from florists to bands to photographers and I completely trusted their contacts, which paid off. Every person that helped out on the day was fantastic.

I can safely say that, thanks to the Ballygarry and ALL its staff, we had the most perfect wedding weekend we could have ever asked for and I wish I could do it all over again!!

kindness and support we received from our coordinator Thys. He was so generous with his time, as well as accommodating with our limited schedule and he always did everything in his power to make the whole experience stress free and truly magical on the day. The BallyGarry have this wonderful ability to make a bride and groom feel like they are very special and are given the warmest welcome every time they enter their door. Their staff in every department are impeccable, highly trained, enthusiastic and are very competent in their roles. The food was delicious and served to restaurant quality, to this day we are still getting compliments from guests about the amazing dinner they received. It was hands down the best day of our lives and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat. We are already looking forward to going back to the BallyGarry for our first anniversary to relive our fabulous experience.

not do enough for the bridal party and guests. We could do what we wanted with colours and flowers and nothing was a problem. The day went so smoothly and the beautiful breakfast the following morning in Restaurant 58 was full of laughter and stories from the previous evenings events.

West, I knew no other venue would provide the 5 star treatment with the personal touch. We decided on a destination wedding which would provide us with a 3 day wedding event in Ballygarry. For the year and a half leading up to our big day, our family continuously questioned, 'Why Tralee?, why so far? We promised that they would understand when they got there. Organising the wedding from afar was never a problem as Thys, Elaine and Áine were always at hand to answer any questions that I had.
We arrived two days before our wedding with cars brimmed with boxes and our first port of call was to the hotel. We entered the hotel with the intention of rolling up our sleeves and getting stuck into organizing where everything would go and how it would look. Thys( the best wedding planner in Ireland) met us and put us at ease. He was here to co-ordinate anything we wanted and he wanted us to relax. So thats what we spent the days before our wedding doing, relaxing, laughing and being able to meet our guests as they arrived.
Our wedding in Ballygarry was fabulous from start to finish, Padráig and Thys were on hand to bring me to my wedding car, the small touches of having water in the car for us were noted and more of these personal touches were present throughout the weekend. Everything ran like clockwork and to this day we still get comments on the quality of the food, service and the beautiful surroundings of the hotel! The next day BBQ completely blew us out of the water and left everybody relaxed and content.
Leaving the hotel after our wedding, my dad turned to me and said, 'Now I know why it had to be Tralee, Balllygarry House Hotel is a hotel like no other.'
