delicious the food served at the reception in Pj's restaurant was.
The guests, and our friends who were invited to evening celebration, really enjoyed the music provided by Mikey McDonnell in the Dungeon bar that evening.

Sarah, your help and guidance was invaluable in making the day the success that it was. We were able to relax and really enjoy the day.
We would be very happy to recommend Fitzpatrick's Killiney Castle as a Wedding venue.

in the kitchen, Gavin, the piper, Mark (so nice and friendly), Rob (very cool dude, so nice and attentive throughout), bar staff, Jenna, waiting staff, especially John who everyone at the top table loved, yourself...and of course a very special tribute to Sarah who was just wonderful throughout, a real pro and a heart of gold - she was always there for us, nothing was too big or too small and she covered our asses (especially leaving the Americans off of our table plans) - played a blinder - definitely the world's best wedding coordinator ! That was such a sweet thing that Sarah said about us too. We hope to have gained a friend for life in her, please ask her to keep touch

good, it made it so much easier. Any query, big or small, was replied to promptly by Sarah and Alicia.

We felt we got really special treatment when we popped into the castle in the weeks before the wedding and for our tasting. You made us feel so welcome, especially Gavin with his cheesy lines!!

On the day of the wedding the reception was run with impressive professionalism by Liam and the food was top notch thanks to Sean and his team. There was a large portion of guests commented that it was the finest wedding meal that they have had. In addition, we heard so many people remark on how great the service was and how attentive the staff were.
Overall we can't speak highly enough of the whole experience and would have no hesitation in recommending Fitzpatrick's for an amazing wedding experience.

We are looking forward to returning for a night when we are back in Ireland again.

do with it. All our friends and family were raving about the venue and how beautiful it was. The food was unbelievable, something people are still talking about, which is rare as most people forget the food at a wedding. The staff were unbelievably helpful and professional, in particular Rob Walsh. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Thank you for all the hard work you put in. The room was gorgeous and there is not one thing I could fault. You were a brilliant help in the weeks leading up to the wedding and so helpful. I will most definitely have an event again in Killiney Castle in the future and I know a lot of family and friends will consider it too.

I hope you are keeping well and thank you again for everything. I hope some day in the future I will be lucky enough to have you organise an event for me again.

perfect size for that number. It was good to have a bar in the room to keep guests together. The wedding reception rooms also have a separate entrance to the hotel so it feels a little more private.

We had great compliments about the food from our guests and we were really happy with it all from canapés to the desert.

The guest rooms are all a good size, comfortable and good value. The bridal suite was also one of the nicest we had looked at. It is pretty big so was great for getting ready that morning. Loved it!

Location was a big factor for us as we had a lot of Austrian guests flying over. Fitzpatricks is very accessible from Dublin airport and is a great location for tourists. There were lovely sea views nearby also for our photos!

Overall we were really happy with our choice of venue and would definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our trial menus and felt that the chef and staff in the restaurant engaged with us in every way to make all our times there so enjoyable.

On the day, everything was there, as planned; we were met out of the car, champagne on arrival, our guests enjoying canapes which were reportedly to die for (as we did as we were told by our photographer).

The staff are so experienced, the timing was seamless; the food was excellent, our guests were waited on hand and foot, from my mother in law who felt the cold and a window was closed, to our niece who let a chicken nugget (special request!) fall, and had her plate replaced with a new portion, to her wonder!

We have been back now to luxuriate in the wonderful honeymoon suite on our anniversary (which we didn't get much use of on the night itself!) and to savour the memories.

fault. From day one Eilish was super efficient and made sure that we had every last detail covered. She helped ensure that we had not missed anything out too. A big thank you to Syed as well for all his help on the actual day. It seemed he was constantly working - from the evening before, on the day and at breakfast the following day. His personal touch ensured our every need was catered for.The food was top-notch and still to this day have had people talking about how delicious the roast beef was. Most of the guests work in hotels themselves so not the easiest bunch to please.

We were made to feel important and that our wedding mattered to all the staff, all of our dealings where such a pleasure. We loved every minute of the planning with Fitzpatrick Castle, from menu choices to tastings, to chair covers, to finalizing numbers it was so effortless.
The day of our wedding was flawless and we all still talk about it to this day. The room presentation was gorgeous, the staff were so friendly, professional, attentive yet so unobtrusive, you wouldn't have know they where there. We can't complement the food enough, we had the sea bass and the lamb shank as our mains, and everyone has raved over the quality and presentation of the food! I loved that they brought out the mains to present to the top table, it created such excitement in the room. They even accommodated a projector screen to go along with the father of the bride speech inclusive of all those ever so beautiful baby photos!
The bridal suite, was so elegant and regal, it was the perfect place to start our married life together, all the rooms in the hotel provided for our guests who travelled from all over the globe were impeccable. Everyone has complemented the staff and the venue, its tasteful and elegant and its grounds and surrounding locations are a beautiful setting for wedding photographs.
These few words really cannot do justice to how we feel about our wedding day at Fitzpatrick Castle, it really was a dream come true, we cannot extend our gratitude enough and we are so excited to go back for our anniversary dinner!

on the care and comfort they received, the good humour of the staff and many other anecdotes, not least of them including the chasing of the AirCoach by a member of staff to bring some badly needed cups of coffee! Our meal on the day was perfect and all credit goes to Sean, Nicky & Keith for their part in making an already happy day a very memorable one. reviews from our guests on all aspects of service from Fitzpatrick's. We had endless compliments as to how beautiful the Castle and grounds looked which was credit to Eilish, Syed and the team. Our wedding photos looked fab as result and it's lovely to have the memories to look back on. Customer service is top class which made both our planning experience and that of our guests, many of whom came from overseas to celebrate with us, as seamless as possible. Eilish, I will never forget your kindness, attention to detail and the cheerfulness of all the truly outstanding staff who helped us hugely during what most couples find to be a stressful time in their lives! 
It was a fantastic day thoroughly enjoyed by all our impressed friends and families.
I can't possibly write a review without crediting  Chef Seán Dempsey. Out of 180guests, I had 180 people (children included) tell me how Out of this World the food was. Seán catered perfectly to all palettes including our vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs, pescatarians and hungry farmers from Clare and Donegal. We had the beef piped out by the Castle Piper which was an fun element that everyone enjoyed! The only downside to the amazing food was narrowing down the choices, in the end we didn't and let our guests choose. Many of our guests and ourselves included, have returned many times for lunch or dinner which is testament to the quality of the food. Our wedding was, clichèd as it sounds, magical and all thanks go to the diligent staff for their hard work and patience. We will always appreciate your friendliness, creativity and above all, professionalism. Living down the road from The Castle, it's lovely to passby on the way home from work and remember that we were able to celebrate in a venue that will always be part of our local history. Fitzpatrick's was an outstanding choice, and we're so glad we held our special day there.

looked after all our details during and towards the build-up of the day. From start to finish you all made it very easy, enjoyable and smooth to plan. A massive thank you to Sean for the amazing food also, I have to say the nicest food I have tasted at any wedding I have been to before. The presentation, quality and service was second to none. Also thanks to Syed who ensured the day ran smoothly. You all went above and beyond, even looking after the early check ins for the family travelling over from the UK and ensuring that they had a room ready on arrival, it was very much appreciated. So many family members and friends complimented the hotel and the way everything was dealt with over our wedding weekend and commented on how friendly and polite every staff member were who they crossed paths with. It really helped and made me at ease that I didn’t have to worry about our reception as knew it was all taken care off and all in good hands and it made the planning even more enjoyable that our minds where at ease, so thank you all. I would have no problem recommending the Fitzpatrick’s Castle hotel for any function, family event or even just a weekend away, my only negative is that we can’t do the whole day again other than this I cannot fault this hotel at all. bottom ballroom so it was perfect as we had access to the garden which was great as the weather was amazing that night.

Many of our friend choose to stay overnight and they all loved the hotel, all I can say about the staff and wedding co-ordinator was that they superb and could not do more for us nothing was any trouble. Over a year on from the Wedding everyone is still talking about the fantastic night that they all had.

we asked to be done was done. The food was excellent and the setting was a great experience, especially for out oversea's visitors.

A lot of my family and friends had there receptions in the Castle and all were wonderful occasions. Ours was no exception. Having your own entrance to the pre-dinner drinks area was an added plus.

Not once did I have to ask for something to be done, everything went like clockwork. The staff were courteous and the management team were very professional. Ten out of ten.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Fitzpatricks Castle Hotel as a wedding venue.

As our wedding day neared I found myself so busy & as you can imagine I was a little nervous, it was lovely to receive an unexpected phone call from ailish wishing us good luck & to let me no all was in place for our day.
We had a magical day at Fitzpatrick castle.
When we arrived we where greated by the manager with champaine on the red carpet.
Our room was beautifully decorated with lovely detail including chair covers, floral arrangements, I had my own placename cards made which the staff placed out, the room really was first class, I recall all my family & friends commenting on how fabulous the room looked.
The food was superb, for starter we had smoked salmon, salads, soup & seafood chowder, we had roast beef, chicken and seabass, for mains everybody was raving about the food.
The staff on the floor where very friendly & couldn't have done enough for us.
There is lovely grounds at Fitzpatrick castle which is great for some romantic photos.
My self and my husband would rate Fitzpatricks as ten out of ten, for a wedding venue, it is a superb hotel with lovely staff.
